Air Quality – Particle Concentration Reports
The air quality monitoring program measures the quantity of dust particles in the air, since particles are considered the primary source of concern with regard to the construction work. You will find our various stations’ results at the following Web site: www.samv3.com/champlain/public.aspx.
As part of the Environmental Assessment for the new Champlain Bridge corridor project, which included consultations with local residents, Infrastructure Canada committed to monitoring and reporting on air quality during the construction of the bridge. You can see the monthly results on Infrastructure Canada’s Web site: http://www.infrastructure.gc.ca/nbsl-npsl/aqr-rqa-eng.html
